Ben Duncan
Owner & Technician
Since April 2005, Duncan’s European Automotive hasn’t just been my job—it’s been my home. In January 2016, I took the reins from my father, Craig Duncan, with a clear mission: to run a business built on fairness and fulfillment. I believe that when our employees are supported, our clients receive the world-class service they deserve.
When I’m not at the shop, you’ll likely find me on a dirt bike, hiking a trail, or mentoring the next generation of technicians. My passion for European cars is a family affair; my daughters, Drew and Simone, are currently restoration-deep in their own vintage Mercedes projects. And if you stop by the shop, don’t forget to say hi to Sammy, our Golden Retriever, who takes her job as “Chief Greeter” very seriously.
