I am glad I came to Duncan's. You could not be treated any more professionally. I was provided a tour of the place, met the owner, Ben, chatted with the staff and my dog even got to play with the "greeter", Sammy. Their customer lounge was comfortable and stocked with refreshments. I was escorted to the shop, where their professional staff showed me any and all issues involved with my car.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The team at Duncan’s was great and they have have reasonable  prices. I needed routine maintenance on a 2019 sprinter and they were able to schedule it quickly. They provided recommendations for a few items needing work.  I verified the exhaust dosing valve was leaking corrosive def exactly as they reported and had duncan replace it the following week.
